Recap: The Bravern Winter Illumination event
HUNDREDS GATHER AT THE BRAVERN FOR THE INAUGURAL WINTER ILLUMINATION HOLIDAY LIGHTING EVENT IN BELLEVUE
The Bravern hosted a special Winter Illumination holiday lighting celebration on Saturday, November 24 to kick off the holiday season. The family-friendly event brought over 400 guests together for an evening of enchantment and delight featuring The Sea Gals and a special appearance by Santa. The Winter Illumination event was designed to highlight the property’s new LED, energy-efficient light installations, all custom made in Italy. The lighting fixtures included a custom gift box that encapsulated the 8th street arrival court fountain and featured branded ornaments with the names of tenants and retailers. The gift box light fixture is exclusive to The Shops at The Bravern and is the only on of it’s kind in the country.
“It was a pleasure hosting so many members of the community at The Bravern for the Winter Illumination event.” says Matthew Klutznick, General Manager of The Bravern, “We hope this is the start of a new tradition in Bellevue to kick-off the holiday season.”
Hundreds of families including residents of The Bravern packed the 8th street arrival court to witness Santa’s debut in a luxury Rolls-Royce followed by a festive holiday performance by The Sea Gals. A private VIP party took place at Microsoft Towers prior to the public lighting ceremony that featured on-site activities for children of all ages including a holiday letter writing station with local calligraphers, cookie decorating with FrogLegs Culinary Academy, holiday food and beverages, photos with Santa, and a special performance and meet-and-greet with The Sea Gals. Santa will be available for photos at The Bravern from now through December 24th.
