W Bellevue WHAT SHE SAID Photo Recap
The W Bellevue held its first What She Said event since the pandemic began on Thursday, October 13th in partnership with Gossip & Glamour and The Bellevue Collection. Over 125 local women turned up for a stylish evening featuring a panel discussion, local shopping marketplace, music by DJ Mixxtress, drinks and light bites, and plenty of colorful photo opps.
What She Said shines a light on some of the most creative and outspoken women who are shaping the world today, uniting them together for conversations that are candid and real. Last night’s featured speakers included Sydney Mintle of Gossip & Glamour, jewelry designer Valerie Madison, fashion entrepreneur Elisa Yip, Sustainable Fashion Forum founder Brittany Sierra, and fashion consultant Lauren Pistoia.
This once-a-year event also featured a curated marketplace of female-founded businesses including Sarah Donofrio, The Cura Co., Akala, Noir Lux Candle Co., 25th & June, Tonya Hawkes, Sskein, Valerie Madison, Michelle Wight, and Trophy Cupcakes.
A portion of the proceeds from every ticket sold was donated to Ada Developers Academy, a Seattle-founded non-profit working to provide cost-free coding classes to women and gender-expansive adults.
What She Said was a fabulous evening at the W Bellevue for a very worthy cause. Check out the full event recap here.
