Trophy Cupcakes Announces New Shop At The Bellevue Collection

Trophy Cupcakes, Seattle's premier dessert bakery and party destination, is thrilled to announce the opening of its second location in Bellevue, slated to open in early September at The Bellevue Collection. Bringing the magic of high-quality ingredients, artistic elegance, and party-perfect creations to Bellevue Square, Trophy is eager to continue expanding its presence on the Eastside and reveal a brand-new menu that promises to dazzle and delight. The offering will include Magic Macaron Marshmallow Bars, chocolate-coated floral Madeleines, colorful layer cakes, mini birthday cakes, and sparkling champagne cocktails and mocktails adorned with delicate rose petals and glitter garnishes to complete the party experience.

The new location will also mark the official debut of Trophy Cupcakes’ new product packaging, bespoke hand-illustrated wallpaper, and a new “Party Animal” crest as part of the updated company branding. Crafted with love in collaboration with local designers Jackson and Co., this updated look adds an exciting sprinkle of playful sophistication to Trophy’s new space.

“The new location is recognizably Trophy, but with an updated dose of playful sophistication,” said Trophy's Founder and CEO, Jennifer Shea. “My goal was to create a magical, enchanting environment, one that will encourage our guests to slow down and revel in the magic and beauty of life”.
