About La Spiga
Osteria La Spiga is a cornerstone of Seattle's culinary renown, featuring the fresh seasonal cuisine of Emilia-Romagna, Italy for over 25 years. Located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, in the historic Piston & Ring building, La Spiga is a timeless work of craftsmanship with an old-world-meets-industrial feel. The space was transformed by Francesco Borghesi and Graham Baba Architects who incorporated repurposed wood, custom iron work, hand-blown glass and designer lighting to create a space that is cool enough for a date, yet warm enough for the family. Features include a loft-like mezzanine for private events, a New York-style industrial patio and a massive bar backed by an impressive Italian wine collection.
Co-owners Pietro Borghesi and Sabrina Tinsley bring their intimate experience and knowledge of Emilia-Romagna food and culture to life in this unique setting that welcomes you into their little corner of Italy.
