Cappelletti is a traditional hand-folded pasta served in broth during the Christmas season in Emilia-Romagna. We invite you to Osteria La Spiga to make your holiday cappelletti alongside Chef Sabrina who will demonstrate the care and labor of love that goes into making it, offering tips and pointers for success!
Each Ticket Includes:
Workshop participation for two guests
LIVE demonstration from Chef Sabrina
Glass of wine (+ additional wine for purchase)
Cappelletti kit including everything you need to make 2-4 portions including pre-made pasta dough, cappelletti filling - capon/pork OR 4 cheese (vegetarian), beef and chicken broth, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
