Michelle Wight Announces Grand Opening of Greenlake Beauty Studio

Award-winning hair and make-up artist Michelle Wight has announced the grand opening of a new studio in Seattle’s Greenlake neighborhood set to open on August 26, 2022. The 450-square-foot ‘House Wight’ space will serve as a community hub for Michelle’s fast-growing team and offer a place for local businesses to pop-up for events, photoshoots, and special occasions.

“In addition to our flexible on-site services, we are now able to offer clients private, in-studio experiences that feel warm and welcoming as they prepare for their big day,” said Wight. “We’re also very excited to finally have a space that not only serves our client needs but also allows us to integrate into the community by offering residency opportunities to fellow artists, stylists, photographers, and creatives.”

Since launching in 2004, Michelle Wight has helped hundreds of brides, grooms, and wedding parties get ready for their big day. Well known in the wedding industry for being the go-to beauty expert in the market, Michelle and her team have been voted "Best of The Knot" in the bridal hair and make-up category, four years in a row. Michelle’s service offering has expanded in recent years to include creative direction, editorial work, on-going training for industry professionals, and private classes.
