Jujubeet is excited to announce the grand opening of a new location in Pioneer Square scheduled to open to the public on Friday, March 1, 2019. The 2,000 square-foot cafe located at 107 First Avenue S. will mark the company’s fifth location in the Greater Seattle area.

”Coming from Europe, I deeply appreciate the rich history and charm of older buildings. Jujubeet is part of a new wave of growth in Pioneer Square and we’re looking forward to being part of such a beautiful, historic neighborhood,” says Jujubeet founder Bianca Szyperski.

As part of the grand opening, the cafe will debut a newly developed menu of fresh, plant-based entrees. Highlights of the menu include a fresh beet salad with cashew creme fraiche, cauliflower steaks with green tahini, grain bowls with roasted vegetables in a maple balsamic dressing, acai bowls, artisan smoothies, turmeric lattes, and organic Caffe Umbria coffee.

The interior of Jujubeet’s latest flagship eatery was designed by Monika Claassen of Splendid Avenue who brought her signature “Scandi-Euro” design aesthetic to the space. Featuring a neutral color palette to compliment the natural beauty of the rich brick exterior, the cafe decor is simple, fresh, and friendly. “I wanted to keep the design of the new Jujubeet location crisp and clean. It’s a great place to visit for both good food and great energy,” says Claassen.
