Gossip & Glamour Partners with Richard Meharry

Last month Gossip & Glamour partnered with Seattle influencer Richard Meharry on a special fashion field trip to Pacific Place. His experience included a full itinerary of shopping and dining, plus an adventure across the sky bridge to Nordstrom for a late afternoon Happy Hour at Habitant. Pacific Place is home to a variety of local retailers that have great gifts for everyone on your list.

Here’s an overview of indie retailers that you can shop locally at Pacific Place:

Proto101 is a Seattle-based sustainable clothing brand that specializes in size-inclusive, high-quality basics.
Orcas Paley is a fabulous destination for home décor, unique gifts, fine apothecary items, stationery, cocktail accessories, and more. Locally owned by proprietors Patrick Angus (longtime Creative Director of Mario’s) and independent brand consultant Peter Gaucys, this boutique has a beautifully curated assortment of products that make great gifts.

The Handmade Showroom is an independently-owned local business that features more than 170 artists, makers, and designers from all over the Pacific Northwest and the USA.

JNBY offers design-driven fashion for men and women. The company opened its first U.S. store back in 2015 at Pacific Place and has been expanding ever since. In addition to apparel, JNBY has a variety of shoes and accessories that are perfect for the gift-giving season.

Ghost Gallery was established in 2006 by independent curator Laurie Kearney. Focusing on local and regional artists & designers, the gallery’s hybrid model provides an ever-evolving, welcoming space where artists and collectors can connect. In addition to art, Ghost Gallery also has a beautiful selection of jewelry, books, home goods, candles, and more.

Bezel & Kiln offers a curated collection of jewelry, accessories, and fine housewares by more than 50 independent artists and designers from all over the world.

Bored of Authority is brand new to Pacific Place and specializes in technical apparel for skiing/snowboarding.

Toxic Threadz is a Seattle-based, Black-owned boutique featuring hand-crafted clothing, hats, jewelry, and accessories. Shoppers can also check out original artwork by founder Stylez.

If you’re headed out for holiday shopping this weekend, don’t miss Fleurs de Villes NOËL, a fresh floral celebration featuring 17 floral pop-ups by 15 of Seattle’s favorite florists. The exhibit runs Dec. 10-18 at Pacific Place.

Come for lunch or stay for dinner as you shop for the holiday season ahead. Pacific Place is home to a variety of great dining options including Thai Ginger, Din Tai Fung, Pike Place Chowder, Haidilao Hot Pot, Johnny Rockets, and Midnight Cookie Co.

Guests at Pacific Place can also experience amazing Pacific Northwest art at three different on-site galleries including Ghost Gallery, Onyx Art Gallery, and WOW Gallery.

Fleurs de Villes NOËL, a fresh floral celebration of the holiday season, returns to Pacific Place December 10-18, 2022. This festive collection of floral art is free and open to the public, featuring 17 floral pop-ups by 15 of Seattle’s favorite florists.
