Fashion Calendar: 2nd Annual Sustainable Fashion Forum

Gossip & Glamour is heading to Portland this weekend for the 2nd Annual Sustainable Fashion Forum. The event is part of Design Week Portland and will bring the style community together for panel discussions and in-depth conversations about sustainability in the fashion industry. The goal is to explore the future of fashion by starting an open and honest dialogue on the deep social and environmental effects that fashion has on our world, and most importantly, what we can do to positively affect change. Produced by Brittany Sierra of Laptops and Small Talk, the event runs on Saturday, April 21st from noon to 8 p.m. at Yale Union. Speakers include Davora Linder of Seattle's Prairie Underground, Whitney Bauck of Fashionista.com, Carly Mick of Keen Footwear, Ellie Hughes of Selflessly Styled, and more.
