Boma Jewelry Announces International Day of The Girl Capsule Collection
During the month of October, 100% of the proceeds from this special 8-piece capsule collection will be donated to Step Up to support teen mentorship programs.
To celebrate the International Day of the Girl and recognize the unique challenges girls face around the world, Boma Jewelry has partnered with national non-profit Step Up to unveil an 8-piece capsule collection of jewelry that launches on Friday, October 1, 2021. During the month of October, 100% off the proceeds from all sales of this special collection will benefit Step Up’s teen mentorship programs.
The ethically-made collection of sterling silver earrings, rings, and pendant necklaces were designed to inspire and empower young women to unite and make change. "At Boma, we are dedicated to making the world a better place by creating shared value and opportunity for all. We are honored and inspired to support Step Up in its mission to empower young women and gender-expansive young adults to pursue their dreams of success,” said Boma CEO Suzanne Vetillart.
“Celebrating the International Day of the Girl with our global network is important for Step Up as we work toward the successful emergence of girls, young women, and gender-expansive young adults as distinct cohorts in communities that have historically discounted and marginalized them. We thank our friends at Boma Jewelry for joining us in support of this work,” said Step Up CEO Delores Druilhet Morton.
The International Day of the Girl is on Monday, October 11, 2021. The collection will be available online at BomaJewelry.com and available for purchase at the Boma Jewelry 40th Anniversary Pop-Up in Seattle during the month of October.
