U Village Guide: 5 International Women's Day Itineraries
University Village is celebrating International Women’s Day by teaming women-owned businesses on property with local women-owned brands in the community for a special one-day-only pop up experience. The event takes place on Wednesday, March 8th at participating stores and features a unique line-up of beloved local brands.
During the event shoppers can pick up limited-edition custom candles by Noir Lux Candle Co. at Oiselle, shop eco-friendly cleaning products by L’AVANT Collective at Margaret O’Leary, sample a limited-edition batch of miso chocolate chip cookies by Yoka Miso at Hello Robin, peruse the new collection of gowns by Arkëras in the Styled Seattle suite, shop a quirky collection of hand-beaded jewelry and accessories by Anna Learns Things at Happy Lemon, experience gorgeous flowers by The Rookery at Fran’s Chocolates, and so much more!
There’s a lot to see and do on International Women’s Day at University Village, so we’ve taken the guesswork out by creating 5 distinct shopping itineraries. We encourage guests to make the most of their experience by coming early for coffee or brunch, staying for a “power lunch” with friends, or capping off the experience with dinner at one of the women-owned restaurants on-site.
