Enjoy delicious bites curated by Chef Sabrina Tinsley at NW Food and Fiber on October 12th at Prairie Underground. The event will showcase the rich intersections of locally made apparel, circular textiles, and locally sourced food - all vital threads in the fabric of our regional economy. The event includes a sustainable fashion show, local artisan shopping opportunities, and delicious bites and drinks from talented chefs and producers from our Good Food community.

This year’s Northwest Food and Fiber is part of Seattle Made Week, a weeklong spotlight on products made right here in Seattle and the talented people who make them. By attending, you’re not just in for a treat – you’re supporting NW Sewn, an initiative designed to advance a robust, equitable, and sustainable textiles-based economy in the Pacific Northwest.
