The Independent Designer Runway show as part of Bellevue Fashion Week will take place on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 6 p.m. This show features emerging designers from the Pacific Northwest, competing to win a $2,000 cash prize along with featured editorial coverage in Seattle Met Magazine, courtesy of the Kemper Freeman Family and The Bellevue Collection.
