Earlier this week the Utah CCIM Chapter hosted its annual Business Excellence Awards, celebrating the projects and leaders that are transforming today’s commercial real estate landscape. The evening’s Hall of Fame tribute was awarded to the Woodbury Corporation, celebrating 104 years of success, spanning 4 generations. We are pleased to announce that the award for Retail Development of the Year went to Mountain View Village by CenterCal Properties. Chris Byers, Senior Vice President of Leasing at CenterCal Properties, accepted the award on the property’s behalf.

Held annually, the Excellence Awards honors professionals within Utah’s commercial real estate industry who exemplify the highest degree of business excellence.
