Olive Crest visits King 5 to discuss the foster care crisis in Washington

Kelsey Parker of Olive Crest sat down with King 5’s Amity Addrisi on Sunday morning to talk about the current challenges the Washington state foster care system is experiencing and what her organization is doing to meet the needs of local kids.
